General Manager- Cameron Demming

Cameron's knowledge of higher baseball and history of hard work and dedication makes him a tremendous asset to the Deerfield Tigers Organization. In 2005, Cameron was a Varsity Assistant coach for Monarch High School's Baseball Team. Mr. Demming takes pride in the responsibility of recruitment and organization of the Deerfield Tigers.

As a baseball player, Cameron was a 4 year Varsity Letterman for Coral Springs High School 1998-2002. He also was All County in baseball for two of his high school seasons. In 1999, Cameron competed in the Junior Olympic Tournament and was named #87 of 100 top prospects by USA Today. In 2001 and 2002, Demming played for the nationally ranked elite travel baseball club "The Florida Pokers". In two seasons, Cameron became the All-Time save leader in Pokers History. In 2004, he played for Palm Beach Community College and continued his role as a relief pitcher. After his college career, Cameron played one season for the North Carolina Copperheads in the Coastal Plains League.

Off the field, Cameron is a licensed Real Estate professional specializing on the Short Sale field, through his company Distressed Property Advisors. He also works as a buyer's agent for Legacy Real Estate. The company helps home buyers/investors which are looking for the most aggressively priced homes through the foreclosure list and the bank owned department.




  Head Coach- John Demming

John was born on Jan.14th, 1960 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. John graduated from Coral Springs High School in 1979. He earned a total of 10 Varsity Letters in Baseball, Football, and Wrestling. In his senior season, John went undefeated and threw a no hitter.

He attended Florida Atlantic University on a full academic scholarship and recieved his BA in Economics in 1985. John was also enrolled at the University of Miami in the US Army ROTC Program and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army on the same day he graduated from Florida Atlantic University.

John Demming has been coaching Baseball since 1993. His coaching career is highlighted by a 5th place finish in the 1999 Junior Olympic Tournament in Tuscan, Arizona.

Two of those players on his team were selected to represent Team USA in the Pan American Games in Monterrey, Mexico. Also, 14 of the players on Demming's Junior Olympic Team were drafted into the MLB. One of which, Matt Whitney, was selected in the 1st round of the draft by the Cleveland Indians.

Mr. Demming has been married for 27 years to his wife, Maria and has two sons, Cameron and John. With all of his coaching experience in baseball over the last two decades, John Demming is a vital part of the management of the Deerfield Tigers.
